Safety Precautions:

Users are strictly prohibited from short-circuiting and charging the batteries. They are also not allowed to combine multiple batteries on their own. Any soldering on the positive and negative terminals of the batteries must be limited to 5 seconds, and no soldering should be done on the lead-out sheet.
